Attorney Brian D. Turner, Jr.
Experienced Alabama mediator and lawyer
“With a creative and compassionate approach to the issues people and businesses face every day, consensus can be reached and hostility tamed so that every side has a chance to have its voice heard.” — Brian Turner
Brian D. Turner, Jr. has been fortunate to represent a wide range of clients facing many types of issues. He has helped families put the pieces back together and represented small businesses facing today's challenges. He has worked on national litigation committees, including steering committees and various sub-committees for several pharmaceutical mass tort litigation matters. Through all of this, he has found that most disputes are resolvable when the parties take the time to listen to one another. Putting that conviction to work as the principal mediator at Middle Mediation, Brian's impartiality, knowledge of the law, and creativity help disputing parties come to mutual agreements to resolve business and family law issues.
Brian has successfully negotiated in many forums, from courthouse settlements to national mass tort claims. He is also a trained Collaborative Law professional. Brian brings this wide range of experience to every mediation and legal matter he handles. Over the years, representing the varied interests of individuals and businesses, plaintiffs and defendants, has given him a unique and insightful perspective allowing him to serve effectively as a neutral.
